Do you offer same-day or emergency appointments?

Can you prepare or help me fill out my legal documents?

No. Under state law, a notary public is not an attorney and cannot draft legal documents, give legal advice, or advise you on how to fill out forms. Please consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance.

What do I need to bring to my notary appointment?

To ensure a smooth notarization, please have:

  1. The complete document(s) requiring notarization (un-signed until the notary is present).

  2. A valid, government-issued photo ID (i.e., Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID) for each signer.*

  3. All signers physically present and willing to sign.

*Note: The State of Oregon allows an expired ID up to 3 years.
